Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures

Results produced by our state-of-the-art equipment are verified through a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Program.  Our QA/QC Program is designed and managed in accordance with division-specific requirements set forth by applicable industry associations, such as The NELAC Institute (TNI), and federal and state agencies. Further details on IAL's QA/QC Program can be found under the Environmental Division and Pharmaceutical Division sections of the website.

To achieve data quality objectives, IAL has developed a detailed Quality Manual complimented by a series of SOPs, which are available upon request. We monitor federal and state regulatory requirements governing the services we offer our clients and incorporate any additional measures, as applicable, into client and project-specific QA/QC programs. IAL integrates quality assurance measures implemented by the client, and historical project data as available, for a rigorous, multi-tiered quality assessment package that allows us to stand confidently behind our results.
