    • Assist, as needed, with receiving samples from clients or lab couriers, labeling and logging in samples, and preparing bottle order client bottle orders

  • Laboratory Project Coordinator


    A Laboratory Project Coordinator at a cGMP facility is responsible for tracking and managing sample receipt, work in progress, testing status, and reports for a contract testing laboratory.

    The incumbent will be responsible for organization and tracking of samples, testing and documentation related to cGMP testing.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Chemistry or related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum 2 years of related experience in a Pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Understanding of Analytical Laboratory testing preferred

    We are looking for a qualified GC Lab Analyst to undertake a variety of laboratory techniques for EPA Methods. You will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples and conduct tests reporting findings to a laboratory manager and clients. Ideal candidate has a record of GC troubleshooting and maintenance. familiarity with Chem Station EnviroQuant is plus. The individual will be passionate for diligence and accuracy in making things move forward and will promote a positive work environment.

    The incumbent will be responsible for QA oversight of laboratory compliance, including but not limited to review and approval of testing and documentation, investigations, method validations/transfers, change controls, stability management.

    • Operate testing instrumentation.
    • Maintain and perform troubleshooting on GC?s.
    • Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
    • Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
    • Maintain and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
    • Must have a 4 yr Science degree.
