Pharm Manager
Integrated Analytical Laboratories, LLC is searching for a manager to lead a GMP Pharmaceutical Laboratory. This laboratory provides contract analytical testing and research services to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
The Pharmaceutical Laboratory Manager will work with technical staff in the timely execution, troubleshooting and reporting of project work. In addition, he/she will coordinate GMP method development and validation with project manager(s) and will delegate work assignments for team members in the raw materials/finished products/stability testing groups. The Manager will also be responsible for writing and reviewing technical reports, SOP’s, and project quotes in addition to overseeing quality and quality improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with a variety of wet chemical and analytical laboratory instrumentation and techniques is required for this position. Strong communication, technical and business development skills are also desired.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters or Ph.D. in chemistry or closely related discipline with 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment. Experience in both the science and business management sides of an analytical chemistry laboratory is desired. We are looking for someone with an understanding of cGMP Laboratory procedures and FDA regulatory guidelines
